- the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country, the Embassy/Consulate of Romania in the issuing country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania
OR
- The Ministry of Education of the issuing country, the Embassy/Consulate of the issuing country in Romania and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania;
Exemption from super-legalisation is permitted by law, by an international treaty to which Romania is a party or on the basis of reciprocity. |
