Admission criteria for Master’s degree
for the academic year 2024-2025
1. General admission criteria
The final admission average is calculated according to the admission criteria set by each faculty.
1.1. Admission criteria for EU, EAA and SC citizens
EU, EEA and SC citizens will compete under the same conditions provided by law for Romanian citizens and will take the entrance exam (where applicable) – Annex 2.2
1.2. Admission criteria for NON-EU citizens:
- According to the language of instruction for each Master degree: proof of Romanian/English language competence (certificate of completion of the preparatory year or Romanian/English language certificate, minimum level B1).
- The final admission average is 100% the average of the Bachelor’s degree.
Important information
The equivalence of grades will be done according to the equivalence grid issued by the Ministry of Education which can be checked by accessing the attached file: Sistemele de notare de nivel preuniversitar din strainatate
Applications considered eligible according to the selection criteria are sent for evaluation to the Ministry of Education (ME) - Directorate General for International Relations and European Affairs (DGRIAE). Following the evaluation of the application, the Ministry of Education issues letters of acceptance and sends them to higher education institutions and, where appropriate, to diplomatic missions, both in physical and electronic format.
